On behalf of the organizing committee I'd like to draw people's attention
to an upcoming Chapman Conference on slow slip events, to be held 21-25
February, 2016, in Ixtapa, Mexico.  See below for more information.

*AGU Chapman Conference on Slow Slip Phenomena*

This conference will bring together scientists working on slow slip in all
places where they are observed. Abstracts are encouraged based on the
following topics:

   - Observations of slow slip phenomena
   - Fault structure and physical conditions where slow earthquakes are
   observed
   - Slow earthquakes and their relationship to large earthquakes and
   seismic hazard
   - Models and laboratory experiments
   - Improving observational methods for the analysis of slow slip phenomena

The abstract submission site will open in September 2015.
