[unav_all] Graduate Research Assistantship at University of Nevada - Reno

The Nevada Geodetic Laboratory at the _University of Nevada – Reno_ 
(UNR) has a graduate research assistantship available for a motivated 
and qualified student interested in pursuing a graduate degree 
(preferably Ph.D.) in Geophysics and Geodesy. The project involves a 
combination of fieldwork and computational research and uses GPS and 
other data to resolve the short- and long-term kinematics and dynamics 
of the Colorado Plateau region. The assistantship starts preferably at 
the beginning of the 2017 Spring Semester, for which UNR’s Graduate 
School application _deadline is September 15, 2016_.
