Dear community members,

Accessible Earth is a 6-credit study abroad program based in Orvieto Italy. The curriculum differs substantially from traditional Geology field camp by focusing on computational aspects of Geoscience and Geodesy/Remote Sensing technologies. This study abroad course is recognized as an alternative to Geology field camp, providing capstone experience credits required for degree completion. Accessible Earth has been designed to be as accessible as possible to all students, creating opportunities for students for whom field camp might present physical challenges. Enrollment is open to students at US universities, and targets upper division undergraduate and early career graduate students. It is possible to open enrollment internationally if there is interest. The URL for the study abroad is <https://global.arizona.edu/study-abroad/program/accessible-earth <https://global.arizona.edu/study-abroad/program/accessible-earth>>. Please alert your students to this opportunity.

Thank you,
Rick
