[unav_all] Structural analysis field course for graduate students: IUGFS G700 3-D Structural Analysis Field Seminar

The Judson Mead Geologic Field Station and Indiana University are offering G700 3-D Structural Analysis.  This is a field seminar designed to provide an intense 12-day field based program taught at the Field Station located in Montana. The seminar will focus on the creation of a 3-D model that can be studied and restored using state of the art software packages. The seminar will start with fieldwork on a well-exposed fold, locally referred to as the J-Fold, which is associated with the Sappington Thrust Fault.  Dates: August 3-14, 2017
