The 2020 George P. Woollard awardee is Dr. Donald F. Argus from NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology. The title of his talk is “Change in water at Earth's surface from GPS elastic displacements and GRACE gravity California drought and Rise of the Great Lakes.”
