GNSS reflectometry position for sea level monitoring

We are looking for a PhD candidate to develop a high-frequency coastal
sea-level observing system using GNSS reflectometry at the University of La
Rochelle, France.

The research project is part of the From Ocean to inland waters Altimetry
Monitoring (FOAM) project funded by the National Centre for Space Studies
(CNES) and the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological
Satellites (EUMETSAT).

The starting date is between September and October 2022 for a duration of 3
years. The application deadline is April 4, 2022.

looks interesting. I think there's a sufficient correlation between
interest and importance.
