The Megathrust Modeling Workshop will focus on assessing the critical aspects of faulting, earthquake sequences and aseismic slip, and megathrust rupture dynamics that should be included in the future Modeling Collaboratory for Subduction Zone Science (MCS).

The main workshop will be held at the <b>University of Oregon</b> in Eugene, <b>October 7-9, 2019</b>, ending with a half-day session on the final morning. There will be a
<b>special session focused toward early career scientists (ECS) on October 6</b>, with presentations by Roland Burgmann, Eric Dunham, and Thorsten Becker. There will be an opportunity to present posters on the evening of October 7.<br>
