The Departments of Astronomy and Earth & Planetary Science at
the University of California, Berkeley invite applications for an
Assistant Professor Faculty position as part of a campus-wide
initiative to promote scientific discovery through data-driven
science. We seek candidates from all areas of astronomy,
astrophysics, earth and planetary science, with an emphasis on
individuals who develop or apply modern data science techniques or
tools to make progress in their respective field of research.
Candidates whose research crosses disciplinary boundaries are
